• Quality: We manufacture all our products under the supervision of our quality controllers or supply them from external agencies like SGS and Lloyd Shipping. Special cylinders and jacks are fabricated used for critical applications such as in thermal, hydro & atomic power plants, railways, defense and aerospace industry. e also provide proper certifications along with the products as per their requirements.
• Seals: Our organization manufactures self adjusting seals, which ensure trouble free performance and longer service life. The seal kits we use in our hydraulic cylinders are "Hallite", "Parker", "Nok", "SJ" (Korea) or equivalent make Seal-Kits.
• Tube: We offer seamless honed barrels made of high grade steel, aluminum and brass with a superior finish. These enable longer piston life while reducing the chances of cylinder failure.
• Piston Rod: The piston rods we offer are manufactured using high strength steel and subjected to induction hardening depending on the strength required. These rods are precision ground & regrinded and hard chrome plated to make these more resistant to corrosion and increase the seal life.
• Piston: Cast Iron or EN-8 / C-45
• Cylinder Base: One end of the cylinder is precision bolted instead of welding
• Mounting: All mounts are of steel
